We had a wonderful stay at Arkutino Resort for 5 nights. The location was perfect, away from crowded areas, and just a short walk to the beach on wooden planks. The rooms were spacious and quiet, and cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. The cleaning lady even left a bottle of water in our room each day. The meals were delicious and varied, with a different theme each day. The chef's culinary skills were impressive, especially the Malaysian soup. The beach was clean with available sunbeds, and the animation team kept us entertained with water Zumba and Bulgarian folk fire walk. The natural beauty of the area, with its sand dunes and rare sand lily flowers, made our stay even more memorable. We will definitely come back!

The hotel's decoration is charming and cozy, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I especially loved the beautiful terrace of the restaurant, with its breathtaking views of the coast. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a romantic evening or just relax with a cup of tea. The hotel's general areas were also easily accessible for seniors like myself, which made getting around much easier.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive and polite staff. The children working there seemed a bit disinterested and lacked proper training in customer service.
